For workforce training

Master of the Task.

AI changed the work. Mastery is how your people answer.

Your best process lives in one expert's head, and that expert is one resignation away from the door.

The training deck is three versions old. Nobody knows which three.

New hires ask the same question for the hundredth time, and the answer is in a document nobody can find.

Available to all

You do not need a new workforce. You need this one, mastered for this moment.

Syllamate turns the material you already own into that mastery. We sit with your expert and build the full course. One model drafts. A second model, one you choose, argues against every file. Your expert approves each gate, and the record shows who approved what, by version, and when.

  1. 01

    Send the material

The manual, the runbook, the compliance deck, the notes your senior person keeps. Pick the process that costs the most when someone gets it wrong. We sit with that expert.

  2. 02

    One model drafts, another argues

Scripts, slides, activities, checks, and assessments are drafted. A second model, one you choose and can see the price of, reads every file looking for what is wrong. It can object. It cannot veto.

  3. 03

    Your expert approves each gate

Nothing is published that a named person did not authorize. The journal records who, what version by its content hash, and when. That is your training record, and it holds up.

  4. 04

    Run it, then improve it

After each cohort, the friction log shows where your people got stuck and scored low. Syllamate proposes the fix. You approve it. Graded material is refreshed before republish, so a retake never reuses last quarter's questions.

Teach it four ways

One build. The night shift and the classroom get the same course.

  1. 01

    Narrated

Self-paced, with the lecture read aloud. For the shift that trains at 3 a.m.

  2. 02

    Captioned

Silent and self-paced. For the floor and the open office.

  3. 03

    Instructor-led, timed

Your instructor teaches. The slides advance on the lecture's timing cues.

  4. 04

    Traditional lecture

Your instructor teaches and advances the slides by hand. The same course, in the classroom.

Every interactive moment ends in a short check, scored on the server. A diagnostic with a real passing bar gates the next session. The questions rotate across forms, so a retake is a retake.

When it matters most

The knowledge stays current, accurate, and in reach.

Your people keep a knowledge base of the course and can connect it to the AI they already use. It answers from the exact version they trained on, cites the source, and says when the material does not cover the question. You decide, course by course, whether that knowledge stays inside the organization or goes with the person. Keys, rubrics, and the instructor edition sit in a corpus only your instructors can reach.

Proof

A certificate you can verify, and revoke.

Every completion issues a signed, verifiable certificate with the person's name and your brand on it. Anyone can check it. You can revoke it, with a reason, permanently. That is your training record, and it holds up.

The offer

The enterprise license is $1,000 a year. The course is yours.

Seats from $5 a month in a block of a hundred, $10 in a block of ten. Give a seat to the next hire when the last one finishes. You keep the files whether or not you renew. No pilot. No per-course price.

Questions a learning officer asks

Our material is proprietary.
It stays that way. Knowledge-base access is off by default and set per course. Private means only your enrolled people, only while they are enrolled. Keys and the instructor edition sit in a separate corpus. Your CDN credentials can be your own.
We already have an LMS.
Keep it. Syllamate builds the course and the tutor. Your LMS keeps the roster.
Can we trust it for compliance?
The journal records a named person's approval for every file, by content hash. The change log shows every version. The certificate is revocable with a reason. That is more record than your current deck has.
What happens when people leave?
You decide. Public-enrolled lets them keep the knowledge base. Private does not. The certificate is theirs either way, and you can still revoke it.
What does the tutor cost?
The license includes a monthly allowance of platform coins. A grounded answer is roughly 10 to 20 coins. Top-ups from $1, and you see every charge.
How is this different from the LMS?
Your LMS tracks completion. It does not build the course, argue with the draft, or fix the lesson. Your certificate cannot be verified by anyone outside the building. This one can.

A model never approves anything. You do.

Every file passes a gate a named person authorizes, and the journal records who, what version, and when. A second model, one you choose, argues against the draft. It can object. It cannot veto.

Available to all.

Mastery for the people you already have. The night shift and the classroom get the same course, and a tutor that answers from the version they trained on.

Yours.

You set knowledge-base access course by course. Keys and rubrics live in a corpus only your instructors can reach. You keep the files whether or not you renew. No third party owns it.
